Scheibel CM is a division of Scheibel Construction dedicated to the Construction Management (CM) approach. As an extension of our building expertise, we offer a client-focused atmosphere and value-based methodology to deliver high performance projects. We offer both “agency” and “at risk” contract types and serve the commercial sector in the Maryland/Virginia area.
Construction Management is not new to Scheibel Construction, as our success has always been rooted in our client’s satisfaction and we have CM partnerships dating back to 2005.
