Several different contracting methods are available to Owners:  Stipulated Sum, Design/Build, Cost plus a fee with a GMP (CM at risk), Cost plus a fee without a GMP (CM Agency), etc.  Scheibel Construction specializes in all types of commercial contracting, but in every approach we aim to develop a partnership with the Owner and deliver a project on time and on budget, but that also meets the Owner’s goals with the highest value.  Scheibel CM has been created as a separate division that specializes in cultivating team relationships.

We offer both Construction Management at-Risk and Construction Management Agency services. Our services include conceptual design, site selection assistance, feasibility and pro forma studies, scheduling, quality control, field supervision, and sustainable building.

Scheibel Construction can also serve as your Owner’s Representative for your project.  We have the experience to oversee the bidding process, evaluate proposals, oversee construction, approval of change orders, requisitions, project close out, and occupancy etc. to make sure the project is delivered on schedule and within budget.
