St. Mary’s Nursing Center – New Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility

Scheibel CM has partnered with the St. Mary’s Nursing Center for preconstruction services on their new project in Leonardtown, MD.  The 32-bed facility design is a single story with wood-framed construction and all associated site development.  The projected construction timeline is Spring 2022.

The base building design is single story wood framed on a slab-on-grade and includes exterior porches with associated secured liesure garden spaces. All site development, inclusive of extension of off site public utiilties, is included.
